Terms and Conditions

Seller

The seller is Martin Gallik – PUNXR, a sole trader, Zimná 1183/11, 059 01 Spišská Belá, Slovakia, IČO 57191000, DIČ 1130651742, registered in the Trade Register of the District Office Kežmarok. The seller is not a VAT payer. Contact: [email protected].

Scope

These terms apply to purchases in the PUNXR online store (punxr.com, punxr.sk, punxr.cz, punxr.pl, punxr.eu). If you buy as a consumer, you also have all the rights consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them. To order you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

How the Contract Is Made

• •Product pages are not a binding offer. They invite you to place an order.
• •Before you place the order you can check and correct everything in the cart and at checkout. By pressing the order button you place a binding order with an obligation to pay.
• •The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. That email, together with these terms, is your copy of the contract.
• •We may cancel a confirmed order only if the product is no longer available, the price shown was an obvious error, or the order shows clear signs of fraud. We will tell you without delay and refund any payment within 14 days.
• •An order cannot be changed online once placed. Write to us and we will help if it has not shipped yet.

Prices

All prices are final prices in the currency shown. The seller is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added. The delivery cost and, if you choose cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee are shown at checkout before you order. You pay the price shown when you placed your order, even if it changes later.

Payment

• •Online payment: card and the other methods shown at checkout (for example BLIK in Poland), processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.
• •Cash on delivery: you pay when you receive the parcel, to the courier or at the pickup point, in cash or by card where the carrier accepts it. A cash on delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout.
• •We send your invoice by email.

Delivery

We dispatch orders the same or next business day. Carriers, delivery times and costs for your country are shown at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page. You become the owner of the goods once they are delivered and paid for, and the risk of damage passes to you when you or someone you choose takes over the parcel. If the parcel looks damaged, note it with the carrier or take photos, and contact us.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. PUNXR extends this to 30 days. How to withdraw, return costs, refunds and the model withdrawal form are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Defects and Complaints

• •You have a 24-month legal guarantee for defects, starting when you receive the goods.
• •To make a complaint, email [email protected] or use the Returns page. Describe the defect and add photos if you can. We confirm receipt of your complaint by email.
• •You are entitled first to a free repair or replacement. If that is not possible, fails, or would cause you serious inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, withdraw from the contract for a full refund.
• •We handle every complaint without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving it, and send you our written decision by email.
• •If the complaint is justified, we cover the shipping costs.
• •The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Disputes and Supervisory Authority

• •If you are not happy with how we handled your complaint or request, write to us first at [email protected].
• •If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days, you as a consumer can turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, mainly the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI, www.soi.sk). The list of all ADR bodies is published by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (www.economy.gov.sk). You can also go to court.
• •The authority supervising the seller is the Slovak Trade Inspection, Inspectorate for the Prešov Region (www.soi.sk).

Customer Account

Keep your login details private and your information up to date. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, videos and text, belongs to PUNXR or its licensors and is protected by law. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Use of the Website

Please do not misuse the website: no illegal use, malicious code, attacks on our systems, impersonation, or automated scraping without our permission.

Applicable Law

Slovak law applies to these terms and to contracts made under them. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your home country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms valid when you placed it. Later changes do not affect it.
